The attentive staff at the hotel made our stay truly exceptional, ensuring every aspect of our experience was taken care of with genuine warmth and efficiency. Their helpful tips on transportation options back to Odawara were a game-changer, saving us valuable time and hassle. The view from the onsen was simply breathtaking, offering a moment of pure tranquility while soaking in the mineral-rich waters surrounded by the majestic mountain landscape. the public bath on the top floor was another delightful indulgence, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The dinner and breakfast buffets were a culinary delight, featuring a wide array of both Japanese and Western dishes. the inclusion of alcohol in the dinner buffet was a generous touch, enhancing our dining experience even further. the free shuttle service provided easy access to explore Hakone, including a visit to the Hakone Open-Air Museum.
